There will be no cash in exchange for the free stained concrete give away. The value of this offer is based on an average $2.50 per square foot for concrete staining services. Promotion does not include stenciled or saw cut borders. Promotion does not include concrete repair, or concrete itself. The concrete to be stained must be existing concrete.  To be eligible for this promotion, you must be at least 18 years old and live in Benton County Arkansas.
